Frequency drive PI500 1R5G3 (POWTRAN) Power - 1.5 kW Power - 3-f ~ 380 V Vector algorithm without feedback (sensorless), vector with feedback (encoder) PG-control. Overload - 150% (1 min)
PI500 Series Frequency Drive (POWTRAN)
Vector frequency converter. Management is implemented on a specialized Texas Instruments DSP processor.
Operating modes:
- scalar (V / F);
- vector with feedback (encoder) PG-control;
- vector without feedback (sensorless).
Output frequency - 0-320 Hz in vector mode, 0-3200 Hz in U / f mode;
Automatic slip compensation mode;
Improved support for high torque at low revs:
- 0.5 Hz, 180% (scalar mode V / F);
- 0.25 Hz, 180% (vector without feedback (sensorless));
- 0.00 Hz, 180% (vector with PG-control feedback (encoder)).
Protection against:
- high and low voltage;
- overload current protection (150% - 1 min, 180% - 2 sec);
- overheating of IGBT transistors;
- transition to the stop mode when an external logical alarm signal is given;
Direction and speed control:
- potentiometer on the keyboard;
- external discrete signals to the terminal block of the drive;
- external analog signals (0-10 V, 0-20 mA);
- via MODBUS network (RS-485);
Printed circuit boards are coated with acrylic varnish.
Operating temperature range - -10 ... + 40 gr. Celsius
It allows sixteen preset frequency settings that can be triggered by a sequential sequence diagram or selected by supplying discrete signals.
