In our company, the exchange or return of goods of the proper quality within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, is possible provided that the following conditions are met:
- you still have an extract from the bank, an invoice for the purchase of goods;
- factory seals, protective films on the goods are kept;
- the presentation of the product and its components is preserved: there are no mechanical damages, scratches, scrapes, and for goods in single-use (blister) packaging - if the packaging has not been opened;
- the product has no signs of exploitation;
- there is an original, complete packaging of the goods and their components;
- the complete complete set of the goods provided by the manufacturer is kept: accessories, account materials, accompanying documentation, warranty card, software and others.
