Vector frequency converter for controlling electric motors of industrial equipment, machine tools, extruders, cranes, fans and pumps.
Overload - 150% (up to 60 seconds)
Management is implemented on a specialized DSP processor.
Operating modes:
- scalar (V/F);
- vector without feedback (sensorless).
Output frequency – 0-500 Hz in vector mode; 0-3200Hz in scalar mode.
Automatic slip compensation mode;
Improved function of maintaining increased torque at low revolutions:
- 0.25 Hz, 150% (vector mode without feedback);
Provided protection against:
- high and low voltage;
– current overload protection (150% - 1 min);
– overheating of IGBT transistors;
– switching to the stop mode when an external logical emergency signal is applied;
Direction and speed control:
- Potentiometer and buttons on the control panel;
- External discrete signals to the drive terminal block;
- External analog signals (0-10 V, 0-20 mA);
- via the MODBUS network (RS-485);
Built-in PID regulator
Built-in motor protection against overvoltage, short circuit, phase shift, voltage drop, etc.
Printed boards are covered with varnish.
The operating temperature range is -10...+40 degrees.
